Hemingway Book Jacket Design
The project assigned, research, experiment and explore. Think about the archetypal design surrounding the author and design a series of a selection of five authors. I picked Ernest Hemingway.
I chose the following Hemingway books, Island in the Stream, The Old Man and the Sea and For Whom the Bells Toll. Based on adventure and storytelling I created a visual using themes from the stories and Hemingways profile.
Together with a laser-cut frosted acrylic casing, the profile of Hemingway emerges.
